At MODERAQ FIRA OUTFITS LLC, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn or damaged after delivery
Items without original tags or packaging
Final sale or discounted items (if specified)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement if available.
